Ryan Fritcher of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. With a background in commercial real estate advisory and tenant representation, Mr. Fritcher understands the importance of putting the client’s interests first in order to meet their needs. Mr. Fritcher brings this same perspective to the industrial real estate market. His career in CRE started with internships supporting leasing, market research, and tenant representation at Beer Wells Real Estate Services and CBRE. Drawn to industrial real estate’s direct impact on businesses and the economy, Mr. Fritcher enjoys combining market analysis and relationship building to help clients achieve their investment goals.

Mr. Fritcher is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance. Aside from real estate, he enjoys playing golf and adventurous activities such as climbing mountains. Spending time with his family and friends, working out, and watching football play an essential part of Mr. Fritcher’s life.
