Kyle Naumowicz

Kyle Naumowicz of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. Mr. Naumowicz is committed to understanding the needs and circumstances of the clients of TAG in order to help them meet their personal and business goals through real estate. Mr. Naumowicz separates himself from other brokers by building lasting relationships, becoming an expert in his market, and outworking the competition to earn his clients’ business.

With more than 20 years of sales, program-management, and client-partnership experience in the technology industry, Mr. Naumowicz understands the importance of solving complex problems and delivering measurable results for clients. Mr. Naumowicz brings this same perspective to the Commercial Real Estate industry. His career has included selling contracting services and managing programs for companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, and T-Mobile, while leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth, cost savings, and operational improvements. Having developed an appreciation for building at a young age while helping his father complete their family home, Mr. Naumowicz is drawn to industrial real estate because of its essential role in supporting the businesses that make the world go around.

Mr. Naumowicz is a graduate of Central Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Science. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.
