Ms. Chapman’s career in CRE started in residential leasing, where she coordinated property tours, developed prospective-client relationships, managed follow-up, and finalized lease agreements. This experience taught her the importance of putting the client’s interests first in order to solve their needs, a mindset that she now brings the industrial real estate market. While earning her degree from the University of Missouri, Ms. Chapman balanced work and academics, developing the discipline and work ethic that continue to guide her today. As a relationship-focused professional, Ms. Chapman is drawn to the fast-paced nature of industrial real estate and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.

Ms. Chapman is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Aside from real estate, she enjoys traveling and working out. Spending time with her friends and family plays an essential part of Ms. Chapman’s life.
