Lakyra Muenzhuber of Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. With a background in financial services and commercial real estate, Ms. Muenzhuber brings a client‑first, strategic approach to solving complex real estate needs. She began her CRE career through a summer internship, gaining experience in underwriting, lease drafting, property tours, and capital markets. A natural relationship builder with a strong analytical mindset, Ms. Muenzhuber specializes in industrial real estate, where she helps investors and business owners develop practical, business‑driven strategies that support their operational goals.

Ms. Muenzhuber is a student of Metropolitan State University, where she is earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Aside from real estate, she enjoys hanging out with loved ones, weightlifting, running, and playing pickleball.
