Ms. Lee separates herself from the pack by leaning on a rigorous, research-driven approach and attention to detail.

With a sharp analytical foundation built through years of academic rigor, Ms. Lee brings an intellectual curiosity to commercial real estate. Her career in CRE started directly upon graduating from the University of Denver, and she is drawn to industrial real estate by the tremendous growth she sees unfolding across Colorado, as well as the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships in the private client space. Ms. Lee channels this perspective into understanding industrial market trends and uncovering insights that drive real results for clients.

Ms. Lee is a graduate of the University of Denver, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Psychology. Aside from real estate, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing violin, and going to concerts. As a lifelong hockey player, Ms. Lee competed on the women’s hockey team at the University of Denver.
