With a background in business management, entrepreneurship, and commercial real estate, Mr. Contreras understands the importance of providing accurate market insights and clear communication to help clients make confident investment decisions. Mr. Contreras brings this same perspective to the Commercial Real Estate industry. His career in CRE started with the Redevelopment team at El Paso International Airport, where he supported redevelopment projects, real estate and land-use analysis, and industrial research for future use of undeveloped airport property. From a market perspective, Mr. Contreras is drawn to industrial real estate because of its strong connection to economic growth, logistics, and global supply chains.

Mr. Contreras is a graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Commercial Real Estate. He enjoys studying financial markets and commercial real estate trends, as well as spending time networking within the commercial real estate community. Aside from real estate, he enjoys staying active through fitness and strength training, fishing, and reading.
