A 33,276-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

BLUE SPRINGS, MO, February 19, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Double C Industries, Inc., a 33,276-square foot industrial property located in Blue Springs, Missouri, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, first vice president investments and Tyler Sharp, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Adam Abushagur and Tyler Sharp.

“We communicated the competitive environment to the tenant, securing an acceptable offer for the seller and ensuring the monetary value for the tenant to enhance their business,” said Sharp.

“Our proactive marketing displayed the property to the tenant, who was previously unaware of the seller’s wish to put it on the market,” said Abushagur. “The tenant now has fixed overhead and stability with the purchase of the property,” he said.

Double C Industries, Inc. is located at 1400 Southeast US-40 Highway in Blue Springs, Missouri.  The subject property is situated on 2.60 acres of land and was built in 1978 and renovated in 1987.
