FORT WORTH, Texas, February 18, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Dynamic Auto Collison Repair, a 12,633-square foot industrial property located in Fort Worth, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior vice president investments and Cliff Zimmerman, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

“We overcame objections of deferred maintenance and environmental concerns to assist the buyer in their business expansion with almost two acres of outside storage,” said Zimmerman.

“The sale of the property allowed the seller to 1031-exchange into a retail property and increase their return on equity,” said Abushagur. “We secured an ideal buyer through our commitment to cooperate with outside brokers,” he added.

Dynamic Auto Collison Repair is located at 3908 Broadway Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 2.11 acres and was built in 1970.
