Alexander Zlotnik of Marcus & Millichap’s downtown Chicago office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. With a background in sales and clean energy, Mr. Zlotnik understands the importance of putting a client’s interests first in order to solve their needs. His previous experience as an Outside Sales Representative involved engaging with business owners to retrofit their lighting systems to LED, which taught him how to approach businesses and communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds. This experience has given him a unique perspective on industrial real estate, where he appreciates the variety of properties and the critical role they play in our daily lives.

Mr. Zlotnik is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. Aside from real estate, he enjoys downhill skiing, weightlifting, and spending time with friends and family. Learning to play guitar also plays an essential part of Mr. Zlotnik’s life, reflecting his commitment to personal growth and exploration outside of his professional pursuits.
