With a background in business administration focused on real estate and finance from the University of Georgia, Mr. Ballard brings a solid foundation to his work in commercial real estate. His career began with hands-on experience as a Corporate Sales Intern at Marcus & Millichap, where he received comprehensive training in investment sales brokerage and directly assisted in underwriting and CRM management for TAG Industrial. This experience solidified his passion for industrial real estate, particularly within the food and cold chain sectors.

Mr. Ballard is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cooking for friends and family, boxing, and watching football. His commitment to community well-being is evident through his role as co-founder of The Fight Against Suicide, an organization that promotes mental health awareness and has raised over $350,000 for suicide prevention efforts.
