TAG Industrial Watch: January 9, 2021

“Even with the success of industrial real estate, investors in the sector continue to proceed with caution. Just like any other asset class, tenancy and market fundamentals are key when assessing risk and strategy. Some smaller groups and private investors have backed away from larger distribution spaces after demand has driven up price, but have found less risk for last-mile facilities. Industrial leases have continued to soar for both large and small properties. With industrial, there is something for everyone.”  -Adam Abushagur
