Speck, division manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments and Tyler Sharp, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Sharp.

“We procured an out-of-market, 1031-exchange investor by driving competition and providing value for our seller who needed the highest available market price,” said Sharp.

“Despite challenges due to coronavirus market effects, we were able to secure a buyer one month after the initial contract fell through at the start of the pandemic,” said Abushagur.

360 Solutions, LLC is located at 1431 Kingsland Avenue in Saint Louis, Missouri.  The subject property is situated on 13.22 acres of land and was built in 1957 and renovated in 1999.
