TOMBALL, Texas, November 4, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Compass Instruments, a 13,750-square foot industrial property located in Tomball, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in  the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior vice president investments and Cary Latham, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Latham.

“With a sale leaseback, we were able to help our seller free up capital and expand their business while the industrial market is still strong,” said Latham.

“Our strong relationships with qualified buyers in the market helped secure a closing despite financial issues during the health pandemic,” said Abushagur.

Compass Instruments is located at 321 South Persimmon Street in Tomball, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 1.59 acres of land and was built in 2001.
