TAG Industrial Watch: October 31, 2020

“According to the most recent RCA Capital Trends report, industrial (along with multifamily) was a major contributor to the 1.4 percent U.S. CRE price growth in September. In fact, the stable industrial sector showed pricing gains of approximately 7.4 percent year-over-year last month, the largest increase of any asset class. And while overall volume for commercial property transactions dropped in Q3, there was still an over 35 percent quarterly increase. And with price per square foot increasing 17.9 percent month-over-month in September (CreXi), industrial is leading the pack.” -Adam Abushagur
