MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF THREE BUILDINGS
THIS ONE BEING A 23,608-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

GARLAND, Texas, January 27, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Draft Pros, LLC., a 23,608-square foot industrial property located in Garland, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, first vice president investments and Sam Martin, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Martin.

“Only one property was initially listed,” said Martin. “However, we were able to provide guidance for the buyer and seller on the value of closing all three properties,” she said.

“We helped the seller acquire the buildings vacant, then add value by leasing the buildings, and capitalize on the highest return possible in a matter of one year,” said Abushagur.

Draft Pros, LLC. is located at 717 East Walnut Street in Garland, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 1.27 acres and was built in 1967.
