Because the seller did not have formal legal representation during the transaction, my attorney spent more time than usual crafting the deal for the benefit of both parties. However, Cary really stepped in to help the seller navigate that whole process, where a lot of other brokers/agents would steer clear of some of the more complicated points of this deal structure.
