“Alyssa ‘cold-called’ me more than a year before we closed the transaction. From the moment she called, we connected, and it was apparent she had developed a strong knowledge of the industrial asset class. She was very proactive, and we decided to do a market study. Her professionalism, savviness, insight, EQ, personable style, easy-going nature, and sense of humor became apparent, and I decided in view of the market study and some strategic discussions that she would be our broker. Alyssa architected our strategy for when and how we would go to market. Together, we instinctively decided to move up the timeline for launch to September; we then selected and assembled the materials at M&M’s office and were ready to go. The launch went well, and we would have had options if we had not put it under contract rather quickly.

She did an excellent job doing so, providing sound advice and excellent suggestions. We were able to reach an agreement efficiently on our response to issues. I think it was an advantage that Alyssa had developed a good working relationship with the Buyer’s broker. In fact, he wrote a letter to us upon closing saying, ‘I typically wouldn’t do this, but I just wanted to send you a quick note to say congratulations and mention how much of a pleasure it was working with Alyssa on this sale. Not often do we get to work with such a detailed and knowledgeable seller’s agent, and it helped make for about as smooth of a transaction as I’ve been a part of.’ I think the foregoing says it all. I have no doubt that her client’s best interests were her focus.

The above provides the “why” I would list with Alyssa again. She brings the qualities described above. She contributes deep professional expertise, helped by her having grown up in a family active in real estate on the East Coast while previously having been a recruiter in her career (so she knows how to read people!). She should serve as a great resource in the firm’s pursuit of its growth and strategic mission.” – Bruce V.
