Walker Lunsford

Walker Lunsford of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. Mr. Lunsford’s decision to pursue a career in industrial real estate stems from his desire to compete in a fast-paced industry and his extensive experience in the market. During the onset of the pandemic, Mr. Lunsford teamed up with his brothers to establish WHAM Powerwashing LLC, specializing in the maintenance of industrial properties. Mr. Lunsford followed up this experience with an opportunity at Prattco Creekway Industrial, where he assisted in underwriting the company’s acquisitions and performing site inspections. Prior to joining TAG Industrial, Mr. Lunsford spent time with Veritex Community Bank, helping to underwrite commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Lunsford earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to holding certifications from ARGUS and CoStar, Mr. Lunsford is the recipient of the Michael A. Horton Real Estate Challenge Award. When Mr. Lunsford is not focused on commercial real estate, he enjoys spending time at the lake, working out, golfing, and playing pickleball.
