With a background in private equity real estate and investment analysis, Mr. Lacayo understands the importance of putting the client’s interests first in order to meet their needs. Mr. Lacayo brings this same perspective to the Commercial Real Estate industry. His career in CRE started with principal acquisition and asset management roles, where he gained expertise in underwriting and managing multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets for private and institutional clients. With a deep appreciation for the role industrial real estate plays in supporting the domestic economy, Mr. Lacayo is drawn to the competitiveness yet simplicity of industrial real estate.

Mr. Lacayo is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Aside from real estate, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, fitness, and music. Spending time outdoors and pursuing these passions plays an essential part of Mr. Lacayo’s life.
