Grant Roosma

Grant Roosma of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office is dedicated to the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets as part of the TAG Industrial Group. Mr. Roosma is committed to bringing passion, enthusiasm, and a disciplined approach to every client relationship, ensuring he executes on each client’s needs with professionalism and integrity. He distinguishes himself from other brokers through his relentless work ethic and drive to outperform, qualities honed as a collegiate athlete.

Mr. Roosma chose industrial real estate because of the essential, yet unappreciated, role that the industrial market plays in the economy. Furthermore, Mr. Roosma was attracted to TAG’s commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere and supporting entrepreneurship. As a commercial real estate agent, Mr. Roosma draws from his experience as a student athlete in baseball where he took pride in being the hardest worker while making the Dean’s list for three straight years.

Mr. Roosma is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Universal Studies with concentrations in General Business Internship, Enterprise Risk Management, and Entrepreneurial Finance. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing chess, working out, and has recently begun playing golf. He also dedicates time to mentoring youth through volunteer work, reflecting his commitment to teamwork and community involvement.
