Dane Lamont of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. To the clients of TAG, Mr. Lamont is committed to putting their interests first, providing them with the best opportunities available. By leveraging his previous experience in the industrial industry, Mr. Lamont is able to readily compete with even tenured brokers in the market. From an operational standpoint, he’s able to easily connect with industrial landlords and offer responsive and creative solutions.

Mr. Lamont’s interest in industrial real estate originates from his work as a commercial/sales recruiter, where he filled various jobs in warehousing and manufacturing. Mr. Lamont built upon this experience as a business development representative for a forklift and warehouse supplies manufacturer. He quickly excelled in this role, earning “Rookie of the Year” for his efforts in forming key client relationships that allowed him to generate the highest level of sales among new agents. During this time, he learned how to become effective at understanding and communicating the needs of his clients, essential traits that he now brings to the industrial real estate market.

Mr. Lamont is a graduate of Edgewood College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing and a minor in Economics. In his spare time, Mr. Lamont enjoys golfing, working out, and spending time with friends and family. He is no stranger to attending sporting events and is an avid Packers fan.
