Cole Collins of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of aerospace & defense industrial assets in partnership with TAG Industrial. Mr. Collins is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of service. In addition, Mr. Collins differentiates himself from the field by leveraging his genuine ability to foster long-term relationships to realize clients’ goals.

Mr. Collins’ interest in Industrial Real Estate is a natural culmination of growing up around the industry, which led Mr. Collins to focus his collegiate studies on Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Collins’ career in CRE began at Daum Commercial Real Estate Partners, a century-old brokerage firm, where he served as an intern. With his background in sales, Mr. Collins brings proven efficacy in business development to the CRE industry. Dedication and reliable follow-through are considered Mr. Collins’ strengths, earning the loyalty and confidence of his clients.

Mr. Collins graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, receiving his BBA in Finance. Outside of real estate, Mr. Collins enjoys traveling and experiencing new destinations. Additionally, he is an avid golfer and loves spending time with friends and family.
