Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, Tyler Sharp, senior associate, and Jack Brown, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an owner user.  The buyer, an owner-user, was also procured by Abushagur, Sharp, and Brown.

“In terms of marketing, the building’s layout proved to be a challenge. However, we were able to procure an owner-user who was perfectly suited for the space,” commented Brown.

“Our team responded to a deferred maintenance issue with the roof by negotiating a settlement where the seller credited the buyer for repairs,” said Sharp.

500 Frontier Way is located in Bensenville, Illinois.  The subject property is situated on 0.98 acres of land and was built in 1988.
