Zachary Orzel

Zachary Orzel of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. Mr. Orzel is committed to developing transparent relationships to find solutions for the clients of TAG Industrial. In addition, Mr. Orzel differentiates himself from the field by leveraging uncompromised determination when tackling any project he encounters.

Mr. Orzel served in a sales capacity, where he specialized in logistics and client services. With his sense of initiative and poised communication skills, Mr. Orzel brings a forward-thinking foundation to the Commercial Real Estate industry. Mr. Orzel’s passion for real estate began during his NAIOP facilitated mentorship. As a mentee, Mr. Orzel was quickly captivated by the increasing demand for industrial CRE as technology continuously improved around him. Mr. Orzel’s innovative viewpoint will serve him well throughout his career.

Mr. Orzel is a graduate of Marquette University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition to real estate, he enjoys cooking and watching sports, with a particular affinity toward football. Mr. Orzel’s family and friends play an essential part in his life.
