Clayton Isacson

Clay Isacson of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. To the clients of TAG Industrial, Mr. Isacson is committed to forming great relationships to understand better how to assist them in navigating the industrial market to meet their needs. Mr. Isacson separates himself from the pack by leaning on his old-school work ethic.

With a background in hospitality management, Mr. Isacson understands the importance of putting the client’s interests first in order to solve their needs. Mr. Isacson brings this same perspective to the Commercial Real Estate industry. His career in CRE started in the medical office market, analyzing development opportunities for national urgent care and behavioral health tenants. As a natural salesman more focused on building relationships, Mr. Isacson is drawn to the competitiveness yet simplicity of industrial real estate.

Mr. Isacson is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Aside from real estate, he enjoys playing golf and adventurous activities such as skydiving and snowboarding. Spending time with his family and friends while traveling the states and abroad plays an essential part of Mr. Isacson’s life.
