Adam Abushagur, Max Lozmack and Tyler Sharp, investment specialists at Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Mr. Abushagur, Mr. Lozmack and Mr. Sharp.  Chris Shaheen, Louisiana Broker, assisted in closing this transaction.

Jared Drive Portfolio was a multi-tenant property with 5 different leases. “Our seller was looking for a certain price point on the deal, but with a lot of moving parts we felt was important to find a buyer who understood property management. Even while navigating re-trades as well as an appraisal that came back lower than the buyer had anticipated, we were able to meet his goal. We got this by our teams’ expertise of navigating re-trades,” said Mr. Abushagur.
