TAG Industrial Watch: February 27, 2021

“With industrial demand exceeding supply in 2020, investors and institutions alike have been open to varying property specs to scoop up available inventory. Some specializing in larger assets picked up smaller deals, while some private investors purchased much larger properties than usual, according to Green Street Advisors’ new Real Estate Alert. The report showed that investors are seeking properties in differing price ranges as well as locations with better tax policies. After an increase in 2020 Q4 overall sales and a 38 percent increase in CRE lending, it is projected that in 2021 we will see an uptick in CRE sales each month.” – Adam Abushagur
