Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the 44,537-square-foot Empire Commerce Center to a Mexico-based buyer. The seller, a private investor, of the 1150 Empire Central Place located property was represented by Marcus & Millichap. The property was built in 1982 and sits on 3.19 acres of land.
