A 9,402-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

DALLAS, TX, October 22, 2018 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of 10222 North Stemmons Freeway, a 9,402-square foot flex property located in Dallas, Texas, according to Timothy A. Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Adam Abushagur.

“The property was previously listed elsewhere for over six months. We were able to remarket the asset, highlighting the low vacancy submarket and high pro-forma cap rate to the right buyer,” said Abushagur.

10222 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, Texas is a mixed-use property situated on 1.64 acres of land and was built in 1997.
