TAG Industrial Market Watch: August 18, 2018
“Although the strong performance of the real estate market is impressive, like anything, it could shift at any time. Providing advisory services about the current state of the market and anticipating the industrial tide is more valuable than ever. Areas to monitor are not limited to: politics and finance/tax implications, a workforce to match the larger prime properties, available parking for that workforce, keeping up to date with property technology and innovation for future selling, environmental issues linked to cities, and fair trade.
As far as landlord’s preparing for the future, strategizing things like long-term leases, strengthening properties through improvements and necessary maintenance, and looking into ever-changing technology enhancements for properties would prove to be a smart investment.”
