Speck, first vice president of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private partnership. The investor, a limited liability company, was procured by Adam Abushagur and plans to re-develop the property.

My Storage Plus is located at 7600 John W Carpenter Fwy in Dallas, Texas. The subject property’s ideal location allows easy access to major thoroughfares. The investment is 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and Dallas Love Field Airport. Offering a wide variety of re- development opportunities with the recent re-zoning to mixed use District 3.
