MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF A 22,950-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

DALLAS, November 17, 2017 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of the PCI Health Training Center, a 22,950-square foot office/industrial property located in Dallas, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, first vice president / district manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured Abushagur as well.

“The property was only on the market for a total of 48 hours” states Abushagur, “We were able to secure five total offers on the first day of our marketing efforts and ended up going under contract with a 1031-exchange buyer, who offered a non-refundable earnest money deposit”. The property transacted all-cash 25 days thereafter.
The PCI Health Training Center is located at 8101 John Carpenter Freeway in northeast Dallas.
