HOUSTON, TEXAS, October 21, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of 7011 Brittmoore Road, a fully-leased, 16,135-square-foot, multi-tenant, industrial property located in Houston, Texas, according to Tim A. Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, and Maria Pappas, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
