Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, and Thimy Moraitis, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Denver offices, respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Brian C. Smith, CCIM and SIOR, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office.

“The seller was an owner-user who recently retired from the company and sold the real estate as part of his long-term retirement strategy,” commented Moraitis.
