Speck, division manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, and Alyssa Tomback, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private out-of-state investment group, was also procured by Abushagur and Tomback.

“Our team assisted the repeat buyer in efforts to diversify their portfolio, and in conjunction with this property, the buyer purchased 5585 Marion Street, a 10,000 square-foot Midwest Drywall building in Denver, both as sale-leasebacks,” commented Tomback.

“We successfully facilitated eight total offers and overcame the challenge of a dispute with neighboring property over property lines with the buyer agreeing to resurvey the land,” said Abushagur.

Midwest Drywall Company is located at 1813 Southeast 25th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The subject property is situated on 5.14 acres of land and was built in 1966 and renovated in 2002. Midwest Drywall Company is a leading commercial wall and ceiling subcontractor.
