Lewis, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office.

Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, and Alyssa Tomback, associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Denver offices, respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private out-of-state investor, was also secured and represented by Abushagur and Tomback.

Midwest Drywall Company is located at 5585  Marion Street in Denver, Colorado. Tomback commented on the significance of the sale, “this is an out-of-state buyer that also purchased another Midwest Drywall building in conjunction with this one, both sale-leasebacks, the other location being 1813 Southeast  25^th Street in Oklahoma City. This was an ideal setup for the seller since the business will remain in both locations, they preferred having one transaction for both properties and one landlord to work with going forward.”
