Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, and Tyler Sharp, senior associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Sharp.

We were able to facilitate seven offers, and when the original buyer was unable to close, we were able to engage with an aggressive backup offer quickly,” said Sharp.

Goodman Distribution Inc. is located at 301 West Owassa Road in Edinburg, Texas, situated on 3.60 acres of land, and 5609 Park PID Road, Corpus Christi, Texas, situated on 2.19 acres of land. The subject properties were constructed in 2021 by a private merchant developer for Goodman Global Inc., one of the largest HVAC manufacturers in the United States.
