BRIGHTON, Colo., July 14, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announces today the sale of Ark Woodworks, a 15,260-square-foot industrial property located in Brighton, Colo., according to Adam A. Lewis, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office. The asset sold for $2,350,000.

Adam Abushagur and Alyssa Tomback, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Abushagur and Tomback.

Ark Woodworks is located at 878 Baseline Pl in Brighton, Colo. Commenting on the significance of the sale, “we were able to close in just under two months at above-asking price given intense competition from local investors,” said Tomback.
