Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 24,460-Square Foot Industrial Building

 

HOUSTON, Texas, June 28, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of HALO Branded Solutions, a 24,460-square foot industrial property located in Houston, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur and Maria Z. Pappas, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

“Our team took the sellers through our marketing process and ultimately selected the right buyer that would end up closing the deal. With two years remaining on the lease, we worked to get the buyer comfortable with the tenant and understand the risk if they do not renew. Ultimately, the buyer was able to feel comfortable with the renewal option and we were able to meet the seller’s goal of a quick close,” commented Pappas, “The buyer is from Scottsdale, Arizona and found the deal through their broker who has previously worked with a member of our TAG Industrial team, Max Lozmack. Max was able to plug the buyer in with the deal. This is a great example of knowing which deals your teammates have and helping sell through other established relationships”.

HALO Branded Solutions is located at 4130 Dayco St in Houston, Texas.  The subject property is approximately 24,460 square feet of space and is situated on one acre of land.
