Done deals: Three out-of-state companies make industrial buys in DFW

SoCal investor buys fully leased warehouse

A Southern California-based entity has bought a 168,725-square-foot industrial building at 1015 Hayden Drive in Carrollton. The property is fully leased by Illinois-based Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE: PKG). The building was sold by a North Texas-based entity. Adam Abushagur of Marcus & Millichap listed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
