HOUSTON, TX, December 3, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 5621 Campbell Road, a 15,000-square foot industrial property located in Houston, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

The buyer, a private investor, was procured by Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments and Cary Latham, associate.

“The landscape of ecommerce is evolving with big box industrial no longer being the only player,” said Latham. “This transaction shows how smaller businesses are taking on the pandemic and the increasing online sales market,” he said.

“This was our third deal with the buyer, overcoming lender issues that resulted in an all-cash and on-time close,” said Abushagur.

5621 Campbell Road is situated on 1.02 acres and was built in 2009.
