Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior vice president investments and Davis Cagle, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Cagle.

“We were able to assist the seller in generating an exit strategy and they have since listed additional portfolio properties with TAG Industrial,” said Cagle.

“With plenty of vacant properties in the submarket; we were able to generate interest and secure a qualified buyer amidst the oil market downturn,” said Abushagur.

12030 East Highway 158 is situated on 2.17 acres of land and was built in 2013.
