TAG Industrial Watch: July 11, 2020

“Christmas in July? Logistics specialists report holiday levels of activity after the surge in e-commerce added 99,000 workers in June (Bureau of Labor Statistics). Uptick in manufacturing, partial reopening for businesses, and the need for restocking has helped industrial begin to resurge since the start of the pandemic. Also supporting industrial revival is SIOR’s June 2020 Sentiment Survey, in which industrial real estate brokers reported that from May to June, transactions still on schedule rose about 10%. Over the same time period, data reported the number of deals on hold and canceled deals dropped.”  -Adam Abushagur
