TAG Industrial Watch: June 27, 2020

“While there is no doubt 2020 will be a harder year for all asset types, the NAIOP June survey supports overall sentiment that industrial will be the trailblazer out of the global health pandemic. A whopping 70.7% of respondents of the survey saw acquisitions occur since April, with the majority witnessing a doubling of industrial development in the same time frame. As far as the outbreak’s affect on business operations, many respondents don’t believe the effects will last more than a year, as at least 90% of rents were paid through June.”  -Adam Abushagur
