A 16,360-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

HALTOM CITY, Texas, May 1, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 2337 Minnis Drive, a 16,360-square foot industrial property located in Haltom City, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, senior vice president investments and Cliff Zimmerman, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a limited liability company, was also procured by Abushagur and Zimmerman.

“Even with a month-to-month tenant, we were able to close in seven days by targeting local investors familiar with strong market fundamentals,” said Zimmerman.

“Our cooperation with outside brokers allowed us to procure eight total offers and sell above asking price,” said Abushagur.

The subject property is situated on 1.2 acres of land and was built in 1981.
