A 133,924 INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

GARLAND, Texas, March 23, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Jupiter Plaza, a 133,924 square foot industrial property located in Garland, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur.

“We had a repeat buyer and seller who combined efforts to close the deal within 40 days of opening escrow,” Abushagur said. “The repeat California buyers had purchased another one of our listings three months prior, expanding their presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” he said.

Jupiter Plaza is located at 1001-1137 South Jupiter Road in Garland, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 10.56 acres of land and was built in 1974.
