D-FW commercial real estate deals: Three Garland industrial buildings are sold, and Pella adds space in Grapevine

An investor has purchased three Garland industrial buildings from Anchor Fabrication. The properties total 53,254-square feet located at 3841 Cavalier Drive, 3851 Cavalier Drive and 3903 Cavalier Drive in Garland. Adam Abushagur and Sam Martin with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
