A 44,537-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

DALLAS, Texas, January 8, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Empire Commerce Center, a 44,537-square foot industrial property located in Dallas, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, first vice president investments, and Ron Hebert, senior vice president investment services, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

“We experienced an unexpected vacancy during the escrow process, but avoided any re-trade concessions,” said Abushagur. “We did this by providing the buyer, a repeat international buyer from Mexico, a roadmap to enhancing value and creating an exit strategy,” he said.

Empire Commerce Center is located at 1150 Empire Central Place in Dallas, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 3.19 acres of land and was built in 1982.
