Industrial Watch: September 7, 2019

“Tenants, investors, and lenders alike are comforted and confident with the population and job growth the Dallas market has experienced in recent years. Speakers at the DFW Industrial InterFace Panel this week mentioned that at a rate of 300 people relocating to DFW daily, and the jobs to match, the market boasts somewhat of a shield from the recession-whenever that will be is unclear. The market has revolutionized and is no longer considered a secondary market like it was nearly a decade ago. Long story short, despite a trade war, products will still need to be produced and delivered with cost to consumer being the variable.”
