TAG Industrial Market Watch: July 13, 2019
“Investors continue to snatch up existing industrial properties, as spec development financing has been less than robust this year. Even with the strong e-commerce sector, lenders are becoming more hesitant to fund larger, riskier projects for industrial space. Buyers too are doing extended due diligence in their underwriting in order to have better financial control and predictability of their investment. All in all, the industrial lending environment remains strong when compared to other asset classes.”
